Losing 100+ lbs... anyone else?

The marker improvement at 100 lbs is the story underneath the weight number - a1c coming down from 5.7 is early enough to stop the trajectory before it becomes a problem. 100 lbs changes the whole metabolic picture.
 
Three months of stall then breaking through is the most common pattern for 100+ journeys. The body holds before it releases.
