The difference shows up fast even if gains feel slow. Stopped chasing perfect and that helped me chill out about how quick things move.

    Less Food = Good Advice?

Garlic and spices turn everything better. I add both to yogurt and cottage cheese sauces too. Keeping carbs moderate but not cutting rice entirely works for me.

Sema Side Effects - Any Way to Dodge Them?

Started at 325 in 2023, was 283 by late 2024, and now I'm 169. My old anime shirts are hilarious on me now. What's wild is that I don't feel smaller day-to-day even swimming in those clothes. The Dexa scans though show -35 lbs of fat between them - those are worth doing from the start.

Started 2.5mg, no side effects. Working?

You look amazing! I'm on maintenance now too, doing 2.5mg every 20 days and planning to stretch it out to 25 days, then monthly, and eventually stop. Been on this dose since November so it's been working really well. I'm 5'6.

Tirz at max dose + cagri?

Pretty wild they're testing sema at 7.5mg, which absolutely dwarfs the standard maximum. Cirz doses might be heading in that direction too though I'm not 100% certain on that part.
