    Losing weight FAST?!

305 to 282 with inattentive tracking is typical - the medication doing more work than you noticed. Once focused, the next stretch moves faster.

    Low dose maintenance? Anyone else?

Low dose maintenance works for a subset - the challenge is that the effective maintenance dose is individual and often higher than expected.

    Protein is Key!

Overnight chia bloom is worth the extra step - the gel fiber plus prunes is what moves things without separate supplements. Easy way to hit protein before noon when appetite is suppressed.

    Major rash from my shot?!

Just wanted to chime in to say that it's so important to make sure you're eating enough protein and getting enough nutrients while on these meds. My neighbor's wife had a really bad experience where she wasn't eating enough and ended up with liver problems. It's a cautionary tale for sure!

    Major rash from my shot?!

I haven't experienced that, and I've been on it since early 2025. I don't have any advice, but I wanted to say I'm sorry you're dealing with that. It looks so uncomfortable. Sending good vibes your way! 🥰

    Ugh, The Constipation Struggle

I'm all about water and fiber too. Lots of beans, chia seeds, and berries. Fiber One bars make a great snack!

When did you REALLY feel the effects?

I saw a thread where a person lost almost 20 pounds in the first month on Mounjaro. That seems fast, but everyone is different. Even if it slows down, keep it up!

When did you REALLY feel the effects?

I'm taking 7.5mg of Tirzepatide now, and have been for about two months. I don't think about food nearly as much now, probably 90% less. I kinda stalled out the first month at this dose, but started going to the gym this month, and working out seems to be helping. I've lost around 40 pounds in 5...

So, what's everyone doing to combat the dreaded constipation? a constipation-management thread with a lot of replies is a good one for this — people listed what actually moved things for them.

    Injection site: Does it matter?

Yeah, Drew14 is right, better safe than sorry. I accidentally gave myself a double dose once by injecting too early. It was a really rough day. I'd suggest staying home and being ready for anything; it might be a tough week.

    Injection site: Does it matter?

I always use my lower abdomen because I had a TRAM flap surgery some years ago, and it's numb, LOL.

    Stopping Ozempic - what's next?

My doc suggested scaling back slowly, staying on the lowest dose possible, or switching to every other week. Georgie What dosage are you on right now?

    Jiu-Jitsu recovery boosters?

I've read about people trying BPC, DMSO, and TB500 for joint issues. Also, look into intra-articular growth hormone injections. I've also seen some mention boron helping some folks.

    Jiu-Jitsu recovery boosters?

I agree. Peptides from China aren't sterile enough to inject anywhere but under the skin. Injecting bacteria into a joint is extremely dangerous. Septic arthritis can destroy the joint and require surgery, drainage, and IV antibiotics. Most doctors won't inject joints even with sterile...

    Making BAC water at home?

I've been using peptides for a while now. Has anyone had luck finding a doc in the UK or EU who actually prescribes them, not just the 'research only' stuff? Finding a pharmacy is even harder.
