    Keep at it! Worth it!

The SURMOUNT titration being mandatory every 4 weeks matters when reading the trial data - most people here go slower based on tolerance, so the comparison isn't direct. The direction of efficacy in the trial is still the right reference point; the rates just don't map 1:1 to real-world protocols.

    Life changing meds!

The confidence piece is what most people don't predict going in. The weight change is visible in the mirror but the social change - being able to show up in the moment without the mental overhead - is the part that's harder to anticipate. Threads like this are useful because they show the full...

Reta vial size? What works best?

Bubbles from rapid reconstitution are standard - swirl rather than shake, and let the vial sit a few minutes after mixing. The BAC ratio matters more than vial size; run the calculation for your target mcg per unit first, then the volume follows. Once the protocol is dialed, bubbles mostly stop...

    Down almost 100lbs!

Friend got the sleeve first, lost half what the doc wanted, then started the med and did great on it. She said she didn't regret the surgery because it kicked off the whole journey. Sometimes we never know when something clicks and the work finally pays off.

    Down eleven notches!

side effects hit me same day—exhausted, slow digestion, sulfur burps. scale only dropped 2lbs after a week and a half but I'm optimistic it settles and the results show in a month.

Weight stalled but clothes fit looser?

Side effects that bad? skip the next dose a few days til you recover. might be a candidate for a split — 0.25 on day 1 then day 4. spreads the dose better over the week, less side effects.

Pics are more motivating than the scale!

even at 0.25 i had rough sides and barely lost anything. stopped after months. then the rebound hit like nothing i've felt — gained back 10lbs of pure hunger. now i'm heavier than before and chasing those 30 lbs back without the med helping. just wanted you to hear the real version.

    Down 11% - should I stop?

It's really encouraging to read about everyone's success stories. I saw a post on Reddit from someone who lost 70 pounds, which they described as the equivalent of holding five medium-sized frozen turkeys from Walmart! A funny, but effective, way to visualize the weight loss.

    Down 11% - should I stop?

I agree with WellWin that the 4 week thing is a guideline, not a strict rule. As long as the solution remains clear and is stored correctly, the peptide should remain stable for at least 2-3 months. Consider using a bacteriostatic water to reconstitute, which inhibits bacteria growth and...

    Lipo-C + B12: Fridge or nah?

Reta-Strong, I know it's off-topic, but if you're just starting out, maybe look into Ipamorelin/CJC-1295? It's often recommended as a first peptide. And to answer your question (sort of), I'd always err on the side of caution and refrigerate methylcobalamin especially once reconstituted.

    Lipo-C + B12: Fridge or nah?

Thanks, everyone. I'm still a little confused about the methylcobalamin. I know some Lipo-C versions use different forms of B12... maybe that's why some don't need refrigeration?

    Lipo-C + B12: Fridge or nah?

I've been looking at different suppliers of Lipo-C with B12 (the methylcobalamin version). It's a liquid, right? My usual B12 shots (methylcobalamin) from the local compounding place always come packed with ice, and they stress keeping it cold. Wondering if anyone has experience with Lipo-C and...

    OMG, I'm in One-derland!

Wow, congrats to everyone making progress! I saw someone on Reddit dropped 87lbs since July 2023. That's amazing! What dosage were you on when you started?

    OMG, I'm in One-derland!

Congrats! I know the feeling! Back between 2021-2023 I was on Keto and working out and went from 300 lbs to 200. Then my dad passed and I went back up to 270 lbs. My blood sugar was bad, and in March 2025 my doctor put me on Mounjaro. I started at 2.5 mg and moved up to 5 mg. I’m at the gym six...

    Ozempic 2-year check-in!

I've heard it can make a huge difference in comfort and confidence. A friend had it done on their abdomen and arms, and it really helped with the 'wings' issue they were describing. It's a big decision, though.

    Ozempic 2-year check-in!

OP, what dosage are you on? I'm prescribed Ozempic and started at 0.25mg, then 0.5mg, then 1mg, and now 2mg. 2mg seems like a lot, particularly since I'm seeing results on the lower doses. I've shed about 15 pounds in the last couple of months.
