Real deal peps... where to find?

Forum-tested vendors with posted batch reports are the standard starting point - source threads here track who's delivering consistent results. First-batch testing on any new vendor is the safety net.

Survo vs. Cagri for Food Cravings?

Survo adds a ceiling on cravings that tirz alone doesn't fully cover at any dose - the food noise quieting is usually the first change people notice before the scale moves. Pairing it with Cagri at every-other-day dosing should stack the amylin and GLP-1 inputs without duplicating effects.

    Just sharing! 6-month GLP-1 progress

I agree, Lift_Ready. It really helps to see others having success. For me, the biggest change has been the ability to control my eating. I'm not constantly thinking about food anymore. Plus lots of walking!

    Belly Fat Blues on Mounjaro

Saw one person say they were worried about paying for this stuff after they retire. I get that! It's expensive. But they were splitting their dose to make it last. Smart! And congrats on your progress!

Feeling like my clock turned back!

That's fascinating! I know that weight loss can definitely impact hormone levels. I will definitely be asking my doctor to check mine next time I get bloodwork done. Thanks for bringing that up!

Feeling like my clock turned back!

That's wonderful news! I'm so happy for you (and everyone else on this journey!). Your post prompted me to look into how weight loss affects things like DNA methylation and other biomarkers. There aren't a ton of solid studies yet, but the early signs from animal studies and, of course, your...

Reta fatigue: Does it ever lift?

timing doesn't matter with this one. i dose mid-day sometimes fasted, sometimes not—doesn't touch my IGF levels either way. read the thread history here, tons of GH and secretagogue discussions. just make sure you're tracking IGF-1 for safety.

    Mounjaro stopped my hot flashes?

I'm also perimenopausal and struggling with night sweats lately. I highly recommend tracking your symptoms in a journal or calendar to see when they're happening. Mine seem less intense during my period/follicular phase and get worse during the luteal phase, which suggests a drop in hormones...

Is this weight loss too fast?

It really varies a lot from person to person. Don't worry too much about comparing yourself to others. As long as you're feeling good and the scale is moving in the right direction, you're on track!

    Anyone else a slow loser?

That's an interesting point. It could be related to insulin resistance, or other metabolic factors. I've read that consistency matters more than speed. Some people are slow at first and then consistent over time.

    Anyone else a slow loser?

I had my first dose a few days ago, so I'm just waiting for this 'no food noise' thing to happen. To be honest, I'm not even sure what it means, but everyone seems to get it once the meds start working.
