Yep, gotta stay hydrated and get enough fiber! If I'm not drinking 3.5+ liters of water and getting 30g+ of fiber, I get backed up too. But when I hit those targets, things move smoothly.

I'm on 12.5mg of something similar and yeah, the suppression is intense. I can only eat like 700-800 calories a day and I feel stuffed after a small meal. I'm thinking of dropping back down to 10mg because it's a lot. Wonder if some folks are just more sensitive to this stuff?
