    Hunger's Back?!

Hunger returning at 18-20 lbs from goal is typical - that last stretch tends to require more precise intake than the early phase.

    Healthy BMI Achieved!

Hitting 185 from 243 at 32 is a meaningful result regardless of where the BMI number lands. The goal weight people set at the start is almost always the one they discount the most - arriving at it is a different experience than the number suggested. One year on MJ!

I can totally relate to not seeing the progress sometimes, even when the scale says otherwise. I've dropped around 55lbs since starting Mounjaro in June '25, but it's still hard to see a difference in the mirror. Clothes are a little looser, but still...

I appreciate all of you! I wasn't really planning on showing off LOL. I've been trying to eat much healthier, focusing on protein. I am working out 3 times a week now, and trying to swim when I can.

    Super big and starting Mounjaro!

One thing that I wish I knew before starting GLP-1s is that for some people, it's a lifelong med. I see people asking how to go off it and not gain weight... but if you have a hormonal issue, it may not be possible!

    Super big and starting Mounjaro!

Congrats on beginning this journey. It will change your life! I'm doing it to see my kids get married and be active with them. I also want to ride a rollercoaster with my daughter. Remember your goals everyday! Here are some tips I have learned: 1) Hydrate! Electrolytes are important. Costco...
