    Too much at once?

The rebuild assumption is sound - maintenance calories plus resistance training after a cut does allow for muscle gain, including later in life if you have any base already. The fear of being too old for newbie gains is overstated; new gains from returning to a lower weight are real.

    Almost at my goal weight!

240 down to 135 with 5 pounds left is genuinely close - that last stretch changes daily life in ways the numbers don't fully capture.

    Big vial worries?

Vial coring is a real concern on repeated draws - the rubber stopper can fragment if the needle angle or gauge is wrong. 23-gauge or finer at a slight entry angle is the standard for reducing fragment risk.

    I'm such an idiot!

Since you're new to injecting, you might find this helpful. If you're ever using BPC-157 for an injury, some people swear by injecting it as close to the injury as possible. Like micro-dosing around the area. I'm not sure how that works with a medication like ozempic though.

    I'm such an idiot!

You should really read the directions at least once.

    I'm such an idiot!

Seriously, how did that even happen? I watch the needle as it goes into my skin; didn't you see that there was just plastic pushing on your skin? I've heard of other people messing this up, but I don't understand how. Maybe you didn't even need it and that's why you lost weight!

Is it a bug, or did I overdo it?

Oh yeah, I've heard that too! My aunt takes Mounjaro, and she's always complaining about being stopped up. She says prunes help, lol.

Is it a bug, or did I overdo it?

Totally sounds like too much food. Your body probably just couldn't process it all fast enough, and it sat in your stomach. Try not to overeat if you can. Hope you feel better soon!

    BAC Water Armageddon?

I'm kinda new to this, is there like, a general rule for how much water to add to a vial? I have a 5mg vial of sermorelin and no water came with it. How do you know the right amount? I know I wanna take 1mg a day, so how much water do I add so that I can easily measure that out with my syringe?

    BAC Water Armageddon?

Some peps don't like it. I heard Reta has a bad reaction to saline.

    BAC Water Armageddon?

I've spent months researching how to make my own BAC, and have even posted about it. I prefer to study first and prepare in advance, instead of rushing at the last minute. I'm happy with the formula I've settled on, but I haven't bought the supplies yet because I got a flat of BAC before prices...

7 Months on Mounjaro - Stall is OK!

Thank you PinLady for the tip about being a slow responder! I'm in my second week, and I haven't seen any changes, so it's good to know that it might just take some time. I was getting discouraged.
