Here's what I do: I draw the plunger back to my dose *before* inserting the needle into the vial. Then, I inject that air into the vial and draw back my dose. I usually draw a little extra so I can get rid of any bigger bubbles, then push it to my dose. Tiny bubbles aren't a big deal. And draw...

That's wonderful to hear! I had a very similar experience initially, and while I've had some minor setbacks since then, I feel so much better than before. I think the inflammation reduction is key for me as well.

I'm not sure I totally agree, but there's definitely some truth in there. When people had to spend all day just finding food to survive, I bet there weren't many obese people. But also, there's cultural stuff too. My grandma showed love to us by feeding us because she didn't have much growing...

I just put my used needles in a sturdy empty pill bottle, label it 'SHARPS', and then throw it in the regular trash. I thought that was okay?

Hoping my first dose arrives today! I really want to start it on a Friday evening. The tracking says it's coming from a distribution center in KY and should be here in Seattle by this afternoon... that feels ambitious! Is it even plausible? Keeping my fingers crossed.
