    Half a year down!

193 to 138 in six months is a 55-pound run. That's a real result. 'Gotten smaller everywhere' is exactly what 55 pounds of loss looks like when you're in it.

Can I dose tirz every 5 days?

5-day interval works for many people - the half-life supports it. Some split the weekly dose into two smaller shots for a smoother trough. What you're describing is a standard variation, not an unusual one.

    Reta taste changes?

The junk food aversion is one of the most welcome side effects. The palate shift on Reta is real.

    Down 92lb! Almost there!

That brain quiet thing is absolutely real. I used to replay conversations all night, picking apart what I said to teachers and whatever. Exhausting. Then month 2 hit and it just... stopped. Didn't even notice for a few days. The joint stiffness got better way before I lost enough weight for it...

    Tirz every 6 days?

Got two vials but haven't used them yet—following the advice to experiment later. Try to find distilled water for mixing to avoid gelling. I went with one option plus something else, loading that for three weeks then switching to another for 2-4 weeks while keeping the first. Really happy with...

Where are you guys sourcing your bac water? I'm having a hard time finding a reliable vendor. The links I saw in a video on splitting doses are all out of stock now.

    Reta and extended fasting?

I hear you on the sweets thing, Bear_Ready. I've been doing frozen fruit pops. Pineapple/cherry or mango. Like 60 calories each. Or the Popsicle brand, those are only like 15 calories.

    Reta and extended fasting?

It's not about countering anything, My-Chick. The fasting is for my overall health. My skin, gut, even my heart feels better after those 6-day fasts.

    Reta and extended fasting?

Okay, here's the deal. My weight's coming off bit by bit, so it's not like I NEED to fast. But, I've always done 6-day fasts every few months and felt amazing afterwards. I'm planning to be on reta for a while, years even. My body's gonna fight to get back the weight, and I need something...

Hi everyone, I'm also just starting out. My doc put me on Ozempic a few days ago. I'm hoping to drop a significant amount of weight – currently around 205 lbs. Anyone else just starting? Would be great to share notes.

    Volume displacement, a real problem?

I'm new to this, but finding instructions on mixing and dosing is tough! I see people talk about acetic acid instead of bacteriostatic water. Is that a big deal?
