    Compounded GLP-1s Still A Thing?

The luteal phase appetite spike cuts through most GLP-1 suppression - consistent regardless of source.

    Feeling SO much better!

Three years as the comparison window is the right scope for the full picture - the year-one before/after is always dramatic, but three years shows you whether the change held and compounded. The surreal quality of recognizing yourself in pictures doesn't go away quickly for most people.

Grey market GLP-1s vs Brand Name?

The job-loss scenario makes the calculus straightforward - $20 versus $1500 with no coverage isn't a preference question. The clinical result is the same if the product is legitimate. Most users say a purity verification at a new vendor is the main risk management step.

    I'm totally buttless now ;)

    Ozempic and the disappearing booty?

Not a lady myself, but yep, my butt was the first to go. I'm afraid my stomach will be the last thing to leave my body. Hitting legs three times a week is probably the only way to get it back.

    Crazy dosing schedule!

Maybe it's worth discussing the timing and frequency of dosage adjustments with your doctor? Rapid cycling might not be a good strategy.

GLP-1s and IBS - anyone else?

The frequent urination might be related to better blood sugar control initially, if that's part of why you're on it. But definitely keep an eye on it.

GLP-1s and IBS - anyone else?

I haven't found it much worse, now that I'm used to it. Same low-level cramps that I've had for ages, comes and goes. I still get constipation and diarrhea and normal movements. Same as before. It's maybe even a little better since I've lost like 20% of my weight.

    GLP-1 Noob - Stalling?

I understand your frustration. Have you spoken to your doctor about it? It might be worthwhile to rule out any underlying medical issues that could be hindering your progress, even with the GLP-1 medication.

    Crazy dosing schedule!

Where did you read studies about splitting dosages? And what's the rationale for saying that dosages above 15mg per week “doesn’t provide much”?

GLP-1s and IBS - anyone else?

I had IBS-D forever, diagnosed late in life. Started Ozempic at 52, and it was gone in about 3 months. Unreal.

    GLP-1 Noob - Stalling?

I honestly think you should stick with the 12.5mg. You'll probably adjust and get used to it eventually. I did one week at 12.5mg and thought I was going to die. I went back to 10mg and felt nothing. The very next week I went back to 12.5mg and just tried to tough it out. It did get better.

I also saw an interesting thing online about this program called Yazen. Looks like they give discounts BEFORE you start the registration. Maybe check if it works for you!

Cheapest way to pay outta pocket?

You can try using a coupon and get Wegovy for approximately $350 monthly at the max dose level. The smaller doses are closer to $200. If you search online for a coupon, you can show it to the pharmacy to get the discount.

    Reta's making me HUNGRY??

Great reply, most miss the addiction side of obesity. Telling someone to "just put the fork down" is like telling an alcoholic to stop drinking. Much of today's food is designed to maximize pleasure, and those addiction pathways keep ppl obese. Keto people (real keto, not packaged "keto"...

    Med Spa recs?

I've heard mixed opinions on mixing GHK-Cu with other peps. Some research suggests the copper ions *could* interfere, but it's not definitively proven in humans. Separating the injections by a few hours is a reasonable precaution if you're concerned. I always err on the side of caution.
