    Down 100lbs, still going strong!

The coldness never went away for me either even after so long on it. Hot showers help a bit but not much. Weird side effect that just stays with you. Though I grew up hating heat anyway so maybe it's not the worst thing.

    Did I take my dose??

Side effects do ease off. If it's rough, cut back to 1mg or .75mg for two weeks. No hunger suppressant is side-effect free, but most people adapt.

Is this weight loss too fast?

For me it got relabeled at a large airport in Central Europe then shipped by DHL local. Still a mystery how it got there so fast not by ship I assume.

2mg Ozempic - Anyone been there?

Actually found it-my mistake. Ozempic does go to 2mg. Tirzepatide showed no effect in the study though. Hard to parse signal from noise in retrospective data.

    Tirzepatide looking a bit off...

Could you point me back to that earlier comment? I want to make sure I understand the context correctly.

    Down 45lbs since April! Wooot!

That's awesome. I dropped over 30 since last April - tirzepatide, cutting the carbs, eating clean, and hitting the pavement or trail five days a week.

    Keep at it! Worth it!

Last week was rough without exercise, made excuses. Determined differently this time. January weight 252, now end of July at 216 - down 36 in seven months. Huge win! Hoping this pushes others forward.

    Losing 100+ lbs... anyone else?

You earned that 100-pound loss through real effort and patience. Don't let that voice in your head about how you look undercut what you accomplished. You feel better, you are healthier - that's what matters.

    Mounjaro: Two years in!

Resistance training the whole time really helps keep muscle mass and fills out loose skin.

Tirz + Reta or Cagri... or split dose?

Maybe a smaller dose would help? I had that rough feeling on sema, it was rough. Switched to tirz and it's way better. Could be worth a shot.
