Really messed up by misreading that dosage and taking ten times what I should. Only got a headache overnight. Would've panicked if I'd noticed right away. Super vigilant now and that won't happen again. Lucky it was something that didn't make me seriously sick. Anyone else mess up like this?

Congratulations Dwight! Seven months, 100 day plateau, jumped 12.5mg tirz. First months drop impatient. Waiting hardest.

Everyone's different. Didn't see anything until week 4 or 5. Then roughly 1 lb weekly except 3 weeks I gained. Eight months at 15mg, 34 lbs lost. Slow but zero exercise.
