The problem is the chart says 'in vitro' which means test tube. What works in a test tube isn't what happens in your actual body. Way too complex to say.
Hit my target weight finally and now figuring out the next phase. Got plenty of Tirz stockpiled, so I'm easing down and watching the scale. No want to end up too thin at this age, maybe 15 pounds buffer feels right. A maintenance corner would be gold.
