To push past a stall, try eating at your maintenance calorie level for two or three weeks.

Thanks for that advice. I think I probably am too low on calories, and maybe going overboard with the exercise a little... I'll try reducing the intensity for a bit, and upping what I eat.

I have been hearing that if the meds stop working, there are other alternatives. Maybe talk to your doctor about switching? I saw someone on a forum say that ozempic quit working on them, so they moved to something else.

People always disagree with me, but I take a few days off when this happens.

I think you're right. When I'm in a stall, I let myself have a cheat meal to shock my system. It's usually enough to get the scale moving again.

Being British, we use stones and pounds. Can't relate to the metric stuff when driving. Honestly decimal time would be nice too.
