Weight loss stall - driving me nuts!

To push past a stall, try eating at your maintenance calorie level for two or three weeks.

Thanks for that advice. I think I probably am too low on calories, and maybe going overboard with the exercise a little... I'll try reducing the intensity for a bit, and upping what I eat.

I have been hearing that if the meds stop working, there are other alternatives. Maybe talk to your doctor about switching? I saw someone on a forum say that ozempic quit working on them, so they moved to something else.

People always disagree with me, but I take a few days off when this happens.

I think you're right. When I'm in a stall, I let myself have a cheat meal to shock my system. It's usually enough to get the scale moving again.

A plateau specifically means the scale completely stops moving. Yours is still moving though. Was two kilos weekly genuinely the expectation here?

What was going on those first nine weeks, just zero movement on the scale? Asking because I'm coming up on week five myself and expected faster progress by now. By week ten was it mostly the quieter appetite and clean eating doing the work?
