Forums where everyone is catastrophizing about compound shutdowns do get exhausting - landing somewhere with a higher signal-to-noise ratio makes a real difference for staying motivated through the slower weeks.
My ID didn't match me anymore after losing 135 pounds. Got a new driver's license and passport. At the Global Entry interview, the agent actually said it was smart because you never know what'll come up. Good move in hindsight.
13 months in, feel amazing. Never sick, never nauseous, zero side effects. Just health and weight loss. Honestly one of the best things I've done. Came off other meds because of it. 10/10.
same here — still love food, just way easier to stop eating it. early on, alcohol was way less appealing but I got over that. some foods are killers at any portion size but occasional slip-ups are just occasional.
turned out i had food poisoning that hit the same day as my shot, so i got confused thinking it was all sides. second day i'm way better. thought it was just the injection messing with me.
anyone else find it way less effective the week before and during? still can't eat much, but cravings come back a bit. keep wanting toasted sandwiches and chocolate when i'd normally want healthier stuff.
never went above 2.5mg the whole time, staying there for maintenance now, spacing it out 9-10 days. if you're hitting a wall, drop back to 2.5. if there's no dosing flexibility, try longer intervals between shots or micro-dosing. doctors don't run trials on this flexibility but mine supported me...
yeah, same. gym 4-5 days lifting, greek yogurt mornings, high protein lunch and dinner, small snack. stayed same 2-3 lbs for 2 weeks, titrated up to 5mg last week. only cold and clothes don't fit lol. im 42, 195, 26% body fat, on TRT and HGH too.
PT's kicking my butt with the shoulder stuff, back and neck spasming constantly. I've been doing CJC-1295 and IPamorelin every other day on PT days and it's helping with the headaches. Not perfect but something's working. The IPamorelin seems to be the star here.
Hydration and protein are way more important than people say! A certain telehealth program actually mentioned that early on and it prevented a lot of headaches.
Hey, everyone!
Just gonna drop my thoughts here, so feel free to skip if you're not into it 😉.
Started the injections last week, my first time ever using them. I was super aware of how I felt, what I ate, and focused on nourishing my body without going overboard. At first, I wasn't sure if it...
I felt pretty good at about three weeks on Zepbound. Appetite was suppressed pretty well. I started on 2.5mg. Everyone's different, so just hang in there.
I wish I'd started using a full-body retinol cream sooner! I was so focused on losing weight that I didn't realize how much skin I would have to deal with after dropping almost 100 lbs.
