    GLP-1s: Do they stop working?

The tolerance pattern with GLP-1s is different from the adaptation that happens with most medications - the cravings returning usually means the dose isn't suppressing the signal fully anymore, not that the mechanism has failed. Most people find staying at or near the effective dose longer...

    Transformation Pics!

Rybelsus transformation photos hit differently when the timeline is compressed like that - the visual shift is hard to argue with.

    Anyone used that one store?

Travel with peptides is straightforward with a small cold pack and a decent case. Reconstituted peptides in bac water stay stable for 24-48 hours at room temperature if you avoid heat. The carry-on approach is standard - customs attention usually goes to the needles more than the compounds.

5 months in and feeling GREAT!

I'm only in my second week, and I'm supposed to inject 0.22 ml (22 units). Then next month, it jumps to 0.44ml (44 units). Does that seem like a big jump to anyone else? I'm a bit nervous about it.

    Down 110lbs! Feeling great!

Nice progress—four months and 32 down with no muscle loss is solid. What're you using to track BF%? Keep it up. Don't sweat if you stall or gain a couple here and there. Keep working and it'll come. You're crushing it!

When did you REALLY feel the effects?

I agree with DenverDan72 that everyone is different. I'm trying to be patient and not get discouraged if my weight loss slows down. I'm just happy that my appetite is under control.

    Protein shakes: flavor burnout?

I might try protein banana bread...saw someone post about it and it sounds delish!

When did you REALLY feel the effects?

Almost right away for me. The hunger went away and I stopped thinking about food so much within a day of my first injection. I began with 2.5mg of Tirzepatide. I lost about 2 pounds the first week. I was aiming to eat 500 less calories than my TDEE each day.

    Protein shakes: flavor burnout?

I can't stand most protein powders, no matter how much I've tried. My solution has been adding cottage cheese to smoothies. Some frozen berries or mango, a spoonful of honey, and a cup of cottage cheese gives you around 25 grams of protein. I'm also thinking about trying unflavored protein...

    Ozempic wearing off super fast?

I totally get that. It's frustrating when you're not getting the full benefit. Have you considered talking to your doc about other options?

    Ozempic wearing off super fast?

I had the same problem! I switched to injecting a smaller amount twice a week, and it's much better.
