    Best bac water?

Storm Scientific, Homemedics Supply, and some domestic peptide vendors have been reliable for bac water recently - the direct pharmacy route also works with a script.

    Retatrutide: Next Level Weight Control?

People who can't tolerate sema or tirz often handle Reta better - different receptor profile across the three.

Upped to 1.7... side effects 😫

Side effects typically scale with dose - the jump from 1.0 to 1.7 is where most people hit their tolerance ceiling for the first time.

Lost weight, but don't *look* like it??

Its just really hard to stay motivated when the results arent showing. Maybe I need to take some progress pics like T2D_Warrior_Jane suggested.

Lost weight, but don't *look* like it??

The "paper towel" thing is so true. I lost 70 lbs before people started noticing. I didn’t see it myself until I’d lost half of that. Body scans have helped reinforce my progress and helped ensure I’m getting healthier, not just lighter.

Lost weight, but don't *look* like it??

Hey everyone. I've dropped nearly 30 pounds, but I honestly don't see a difference. My clothes still fit the same, and it's like my body is resisting change. I've lost an inch or two around my waist (measurements are inconsistent), but it feels like nothing. My family knows I'm taking...

    Sweet Cravings on Reta?

from what i've read and looked into, half-life is 7 days but stays active for over a month before real hunger kicks in. think you're fine pushing your next shot to midweek honestly.

Anyone else notice a mental shift?

we all overeat the first few weeks and learn to eat kid-size portions. nothing wrong with waiting a few days, sometimes i push it out to 10. fast food and deep fried stuff are major triggers. protein bars have too much sugar anyway — i switched to unflavored powder in my drinks instead.

    Hitting maintenance dose?! Update!

metabolic adaptation sucks. drop the dose, eat a slight surplus for a couple months to let your body recover, then ramp back up. you need that refeed period after serious weight loss.

Switching to Reta - dosage Qs

Vial says 2.5 mg per 0.5 ml (single dose). Using a 1 ml insulin syringe (100 units). When I draw it, I can pull slightly more than 50 units—sometimes 55–60. Does the vial have extra liquid? Is it saline without med? If I inject 0.55–0.6 ml am I getting more than 2.5 mg? Is concentration fixed so...

    Need bac water, quick!

Don't take CJC/IPA without talking to your doc first. Reddit link: someone nearly died from it. Not worth the risk.

    Dosage jump too big?

Yeah, I'd definitely double-check those instructions. That does seem like a big jump!

Under 3 bills for the first time in years!

It’s so encouraging to hear stories like yours! I’ve dropped about 75 pounds since starting sema, and I feel like a new person. I'm also thinking about a pedicure to celebrate hitting my goal weight. Maybe we should all get pedicures!

Pics make me feel some kinda way

Congratulations! You looked beautiful before and after, but you look more confident in the recent picture. All those feelings are valid! In the last picture, I see a very attractive woman who has a lot of stories to tell. 🙂Keep it up!

Pics make me feel some kinda way

I was looking at old pictures of myself over the last couple decades. I have such mixed feelings. I feel thankful for my life, but also kinda bummed about carrying extra weight for so long. It's weird because I didn't always realize just how heavy I was. At 59 years old, I've finally hit my goal...

    Ozempic progress: it's shifting!

I'm currently on 2mg. It's been a slow and steady process, I guess. I'm happy with the non-scale victories, though!

    Ozempic progress: it's shifting!

Thanks, everyone! I'm down about 50lbs since the start of last year. Started at 270-ish, now I'm at 220! I used to not be able to fit in restaurant booths, and now I have tons of room. And I'm not winded all the time anymore. I feel like I could run a marathon!
