    Weight loss stalled. Help!

28 lbs in 4 months then a plateau is the standard two-phase response - initial rapid loss followed by a holding pattern while the body recalibrates. CICO awareness plus water intake helps but the plateau itself is often a dose ceiling or composition shift, not a calories problem.

    Down 120, 10 more!

120 with 10 left is the final approach. That last bit is the slowest and the most lasting.

    Sticking with the .25 dose?

10 lbs at .25mg is a solid response. Most move up when the plateau hits, not before.

    Tirzepatide + B12 = 💣?

Agreed, both are possible. My main issue is they didn't give any facts. Just said it, with no source or other info. "We found this." Okay, what was tested? How old was it? Where did it come from?

    Tirzepatide + B12 = 💣?

Yeah, Lilly is just scaring everyone about compounded stuff, as usual. I jumped to Zepbound...so I guess I sold out to the dark side (I'm not a fan of big pharma). I'm still hoarding my tirz, just in case I get cut off...and maybe some Reta too, just for kicks.

Ozempic made me stop drinking... and eating?

Have you thought about stopping both Ozempic AND drinking? All that drinking probably messed you up, and you were basically using Ozempic to deal with your drinking problem.

Ozempic made me stop drinking... and eating?

You should really look at what you're eating. A common thing for people on Ozempic is that they cut carbs too much. Try eating less fatty foods and more carbs like pasta, bread, potatoes, rice, etc.

Reta Prep Check - Am I Ready?

Most of my info came from this board, but I guess I gotta keep digging. Thanks for the input!

Reta Prep Check - Am I Ready?

Alright, about to order some Reta and just wanna double check my list and see if I missed anything based on what I've read here. Add your own tips if you have 'em! * Reta - before mixing, keep it at room temp, but freezer is better. After, fridge it. Good for 2 months I think? * Insulin...

Reta: 40lbs gone in 60 days!

Yeah, I've def heard about the inflammation reduction aspect with these meds. It's wild how much water we can retain without even realizing it's there!

Reta: 40lbs gone in 60 days!

-BEGIN RANT- I went to my PCP because I lost my sense of smell from something I used in a nasal rinse... She googled my question and summarized the search results to me with a shrug. I'm paying $325 for you to google the answer! And your doctor should know about drugs for metabolic syndrome...

    Pregnant after weight loss?!

I saw a video about unexpected pregnancies on weight loss drugs! Apparently, losing weight can regulate periods, and some meds may mess with birth control. Crazy!

Ozempic's workin', but what to eat?

I still drink diet soda, no problem. But now I burp like Homer Simpson. Loud and long. I find it hilarious, but not everyone does!! So yeah, maybe watch out for the burps...

Ozempic's workin', but what to eat?

Just adding that electrolytes can really help with hydration. You can get them at any drugstore. I also take a multivitamin since my appetite has shrunk.

Ozempic's workin', but what to eat?

I'm being forced to cook at home more now! Which is a good thing. I'm eating way better with more veggies and lean protein. Eating out makes me feel like garbage these days.

    Ozempic for addiction? Anyone else?

I've been wondering about mixing the occasional drink with this stuff. Awesome! I am nowhere near your weight loss but that keeps me motivated. I've had like, two glasses of wine since starting. Anyone else notice a change in their tolerance?

    Ozempic for addiction? Anyone else?

No judgment here from me. I'm using it for weight, but a happy accident is that it kicked my 2+ decade weed habit. If it works, it works. Nobody should be telling others what positive effects they can or can't have. Stay strong!
