    So grateful for this journey!

430 days and almost at goal is a real milestone - that last stretch closes fast.

    Tirz/Sema mix - good idea?

Tirz and sema target different receptors - GIP for tirz, GLP-1 for both - so mixing is pharmacologically redundant and the dosing math gets messy.

    Wow, I'm not the same!

The doubters asking if before/afters are the same person is the backhanded compliment pattern - the transformation being that visible is exactly what makes people question it. Before/after photos with contextual details like the pizza box are the ones that read as real.

    Finally feeling normal around food!

Been on ozempic a week and already lost two kilos! Was nervous about side effects but wanted to kill the binge eating more than anything. Food noise is way quieter. Still eating fine, just choosing better and feeling satisfied with less.

    NAD+/MOTS-c/5-Amino-1MQ - bad idea?

Dual-dose pen concept could work — load two vials, click separate dials for each, inject with one needle. Could design it non-traditional but operate like a standard pen.

    Size downgrade! 🎉

Okay, let's break this down. Single 30mg vial tested at 2306 EU. Max Tirz dose is 15mg, half the vial. One injection's 1153 EU. Divide that by 5 and you get just over 230kg. Times 2.2 for pounds equals 506. That's the minimum person for that load.

Wow, almost a year on the magic juice!

switched to something else recently and sweets cravings came back, which is weird. could be lower dose. miss when 2.5 of the other stuff killed cravings and gave weight loss. energy's fine though — doc has me on test so that probably covers the low energy issue.

Questionable quality on my latest order?

try starting your morning with salt water + electrolytes. sounds weird but it's been a game-changer for migraines. mix table salt & potassium (rough 1:3 ratio) in a tall glass — salty enough to taste it but not ocean-level. follow up with more water through the day. worked really well for me.

    Tirz end-game strats?

Could try staying at a lower dose or switch to a different med since many report easier side effects.

    Cloudy Reta - normal?

Are you sure your T dose is optimized? What are your levels? Peptides can be underwhelming compared to dialing in your TRT protocol.

    Cloudy Reta - normal?

Yeah, I know lots of folks are fine using vendor BAC, but spend any time on these forums, and you'll see that 99% of these problems are from vendor BAC. I don't know what the deal is, and I'm betting people aren't testing their vendor BAC (which makes sense). The few results we've seen were...

    Cloudy Reta - normal?

Most of the time, these issues come from the vendor's bac water. Just more stories: I'm using vial number 7, mixed to 10mg/ml, kept around 30*F. Never a cloudy vial.

Still hungry on the starter dose :(

Thanks, Doc! I'll definitely look into that. Stress is through the roof right now...

Still hungry on the starter dose :(

I feel what you're going through. I'm grinding on willpower right now. I'm six weeks in (0.05 shot tomorrow). The last few days I'm super hungry. I'm having non-stop food thoughts. I'm eating a calorie deficit consciously, eating whole foods, and about 120g protein per day. But I'm just so...

Reta delivery -- how long is too long?

Saw someone mention ozempic prices in another country... $300 for a pen? I'm jealous.

Reta delivery -- how long is too long?

If it's been more than a month since they said it shipped, reach out.

Anyone else freezing on these meds?!

I'd suggest checking your calorie intake. If you're not eating enough, you're gonna feel wiped out. There are calculators online to figure out your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). Just search on Google.

Anyone else freezing on these meds?!

Bodies are weird. I often had those chills while on the other medication, the sema one. Never once on this one, tirzepatide.

Anyone else freezing on these meds?!

I’ve always been chilly, but it's gotten worse. I’m wearing layers of thermal underwear.

Anyone else freezing on these meds?!

I've always run cold, so if this med gives chills, I probably won't notice . My hands and feet are always freezing. That being said, I haven't felt unusually cold this summer (my electric bill is proof), and I haven't noticed it now that it's getting colder. But, it seems like another thing to...
