So, I started this thing back in December of '24, wearing about a size 22 or 24. After like, a year and three months on this medication plus hitting the weights and being mindful about food... I went into a store, grabbed a size 10 dress, and it actually fits! It's still kinda strange not shopping in the plus-size sections, you know? Been there for like, 2 decades.
 
It's great to hear these positive stories. I just read about someone dropping over 200lbs and getting off their CPAP. Inspiring stuff!
 
Okay, let's break this down. Single 30mg vial tested at 2306 EU. Max Tirz dose is 15mg, half the vial. One injection's 1153 EU. Divide that by 5 and you get just over 230kg. Times 2.2 for pounds equals 506. That's the minimum person for that load.

Stick with it! I've heard even a modest amount of loss can make a huge difference. Someone else online got their apnea index way down. Keep us updated!
