    Injection site: Does it matter?

The science is pretty settled on site not mattering for efficacy - it's the subq vs IM distinction that actually changes absorption, not the body region. That said, a lot of people notice different comfort levels between thigh and abdomen because of fat distribution, which is fine to experiment...

    Stacking ALL the peptides?

Easy context mismatch when half the forum traffic is peptide sourcing questions and the other half is script users.

Anyone else feel this way about weight loss?

I'm at 5 months on point-5 after 2 months at point-25. Lost 12 lbs in 7 months eating 1300 cal, good protein and fiber, tons of water. Disabled so not much exercise. Got sloppy after a trip in late Feb, up 5 lbs now. Gonna bump the dose since food noise is back, but hear me: treat this like a...

    Sema second round -- stalled?

I'm totally experiencing the same thing as CutChick. I was on it for like 3 months and lost nearly 30 pounds. Then I stopped and gained back maybe 10. Started again a few weeks ago and I think it's because I'm at a lower dose. Hopefully the effect comes back as I go up, but right now I get an...

    Sema second round -- stalled?

Hey everyone, so I used semaglutide before and I lost about 30 pounds, which was awesome. I maintained for a bit and then stopped, thinking I was all good. But now I'm back on it because the weight crept back... I'm realizing it might be a long-term thing for me. But this time around, it's not...

    Loose skin after weight loss?

I love seeing these non-scale victories! My face is slimmer, and I've even got more room on my watch band! Sometimes the changes that aren't about weight are the most exciting.

Weight Loss Meds: Working *Too* Well?!

Saw a doc talking about men's health the other day. He mentioned how important it is to focus on overall well-being, not just weight. Gotta think about things like hormone levels and fertility too. GLP's are great, but not a magic bullet.

    Loose skin after weight loss?

I'm 62F and had big arms from weight gain. I've been lifting weights 3-4 days a week, at home and in classes. It's made a huge difference. Still big, but firmer. The classes are only 10-15 minutes. I bought dumbbells on Amazon. Start slow with low weights. Here are some good arm exercises: Arms...

Weight Loss Meds: Working *Too* Well?!

I think the sweet spot is the grey market approach. You decide when and how much based on your goals. The medical community is still stuck on rigid protocols.

    Making BAC water at home?

I agree with GeneTaco, when it comes to BAC, I'd rather know where mine comes from and what's in it. I've seen some scary stuff out there. And research-nerd, adding extra benzyl alcohol? I would not recommend that!

3 months down, lifetime to go!

Just stick with it! Some days are harder than others, but consistency is key. And don't be afraid to adjust your dosage as needed, but always under medical supervision, of course. I have regular check-ins with my doc.

3 months down, lifetime to go!

Just hit the 90-day mark using GLP-1s. Took a before pic right when I started. I'm down a solid 40+ lbs. My face is slimming down, thankfully!
