Tired after upping Tirz dose - anyone else?

This resonates with me. I've watched people chase the next thing instead of letting their current dose settle. You're already seeing results at 5mg - that's the real marker. I trust the slower approach more than constantly upping. Plateaus feel frustrating but they're normal. Give it another...

    Coffee hits different on Ozempic?

I'm suddenly making really weird food choices. I was super into cooking healthy stuff, but now I can't be bothered. I just grab frozen meals and maybe toss in some frozen veggies. The other day I had a soft serve cone for lunch!

I also take Adderall and I'm thinking about lowering the dose.

    Suddenly ravenous on sema?!

I agree that the first month can be a bit of a rollercoaster. The medication has a half-life of about 5 days, so the effect should balance out after about 4 weeks as it builds up in your system. That's why it's recommended to stay on each dose for a month to allow it to reach its full concentration.

    Suddenly ravenous on sema?!

You might still be hungry the first week. My experience was different. I wasn't hungry the first week and actually lost weight, but everyone reacts differently. The goal for the first month is really to get your body used to the medication.

    Coffee hits different on Ozempic?

Oh man, this is too real. I used to smash three cups before noon and now one cup makes me feel like I chugged a gallon of soda. I think it's the eating less thing. I used to have coffee with breakfast, the whole thing. Now I'm sipping coffee on an empty stomach because nothing sounds good until...

    Zepbound ➡️ grey market tirz?

I saw one guy on the other forum say that even a high 5mg dose of tirz barely outperformed 1mg of Ozempic for A1c reduction, but a 15mg dose did significantly better. That's interesting.

    Zepbound ➡️ grey market tirz?

Reta isn't the best choice for everyone... a lot of people need that appetite suppression to stay on track.

    Almost 100 lbs gone!

It's really inspiring to see these before-and-after pics. I'm about six months in and only 20 lbs lighter, but seeing the progress others have made keeps me motivated.

Worried losing weight would change me...

It's probably a mix of genetics, diet, exercise, and maybe even underlying health conditions. No two bodies are exactly the same, so responses to meds will always vary.

    Enclo While Cutting? Thoughts?

I'm experimenting with it right now. About two weeks in. I want to see if I can use it instead of HCG or enclo while on TRT to keep the boys working. Since it works higher up the chain, it might be safer and more natural (and cheaper). I started at 100 mcg and might go to 200 mcg. So far, I...

Worried losing weight would change me...

Congrats on the weight loss. Semaglutide really showed me that my weight was a genuine medical issue. I couldn't figure out why I was struggling so much with weight, yet other people seemed fine, and now I get how they feel. No crazy inflammation, no constant food cravings, and feeling full...

    Insulin Cream? No More Injections?

You don't need a prescription. Plenty of online supplement stores carry glycine powder. I'd recommend doing some research to decide if it's right for you, but the studies I've seen (another forum) are promising.

    Insulin Cream? No More Injections?

Glycine might be beneficial for people watching their blood sugar. It doesn't raise glucose levels and I've read some studies about it's impact on insulin. I even use it as a sweetener sometimes.
