Success Stories That Keep Us Going

The run to goal is where the lasting changes form - and reaching it usually feels different from how people picture it, mostly better.

    Tirz powder + BAC volume?

The HGH origin for that BAC myth makes sense - poor reconstitution was the actual failure, blaming the mixing method was the easier story. That framing stuck. For peptides with known solubility, the mixing order doesn't affect stability.

Didn't Feel Anything Right Away? Help!

I had no bad side effects, just a migraine-like headache for about four hours after my first shot. No nausea, no stomach issues, nothing! Only the good effects! I'm now three weeks on 1 mg.

    Did I take my dose??

If you heard the clicking before you injected, then you probably did it right. Relax.

    Finally Starting Tirzepatide!

Thanks! I'm almost done with week one. I definitely feel full much faster. I've noticed a slight decrease in food cravings too.

    Finally Starting Tirzepatide!

I know someone who's had great success with tirzepatide, so it was kind of the first one I looked at. I've also heard some people say that reta didn't suppress their appetite as much as Tirz did. Maybe I'll give Reta a try down the road.

    Finally Starting Tirzepatide!

So, after a couple of hold-ups, I'm planning to kick off my first week of tirzepatide tomorrow. Had it all lined up a few weeks back, then BAM, stomach bug followed by the 'vid. Talk about a setback! I'm a guy, carrying around an extra 75-125 pounds. Seriously hoping this med can be the key to...

    GLP-1 myths IRL?

I help out at a local gym, and one of the members asked if it was, like, cheating if she signed up for the weight loss challenge while taking a GLP-1 medication. I told her no way! She's still gotta push herself. It's just helping her body work like it should, like being able to feel full. She...

Reta alone, or stack for faster loss?

Hey HawkLog, thanks, that's great info about the hunger differences! I'll probably switch to the Tesa/Ipa stack then.

Reta alone, or stack for faster loss?

I've been on Reta & GHRP-2/Sermorelin for a few weeks. I notice increased hunger right after taking the GHRP-2. It's manageable, but I'm thinking about switching to a Tesa/Ipa stack instead to reduce that effect. Any opinions on the hunger differences between the two?

    Weight loss weirdness...

Wow, losing almost 60 pounds since December? That's incredible! I remember how hopeless I felt before starting medication. I'm just starting to see a difference in the mirror, and it's amazing!

    Weight loss weirdness...

Congrats! I use my jeans as a way to see my progress too! It's hard to make the scale match how you see yourself.

    Weight loss weirdness...

I totally get the weird body image stuff. I was expecting to look like my younger self when I was thinner. Nope. More like a rectangle. No curves anywhere. I was bummed! All this work for *this* body? BUT... I started Barre Pilates. It was rough at first, but I stuck with it. A year later...

    Reta noob - dosing questions

"if you can tolerate side effects." https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ Microdosing seems to have some promise. I'll probably switch to weekly dosing now that I've adjusted to the reta, and the only side effect now is a bit of nerve pain.

    Reta noob - dosing questions

I checked out Shotsy. Looks good, but it's only for GLP-1s. I need one that covers everything I'm taking.
