felt some effects within hours. made sure to eat after dosing so i wouldn't get nauseous or headachey. the first day had tiredness, muscle soreness, heartburn, nausea, but by day and a half i felt okay again.

completely normal for me. keep pepto bismol chews on me all times, kills the burps and farts which stops the nausea. went 340 to 195. exercise helped the most — just cycling and walking regular, stopped the diarrhea stuff almost completely.

I agree with Shannon_04 - sometimes you just need a little dose tweak to get things moving again! I've heard of people even splitting doses. Like Maybe you could ask your doctor when you see her if splitting the dose would work for you?

Also, I don't always trust scales! I weighed myself at home, then went to the doctor a few months back, and I weighed ten pounds less there. So I just replaced my scale at home.

Where'd you source it from? I used a compounded brand but the cost got ridiculous.
