    Reta kinda working? Still unsure...

Delayed response is common enough to warrant a few more weeks before adjusting anything - early signal can still build into real suppression.

    GLP-1 & Travel Woes!

The CPAP trade-off on long trips is real - the sleep quality difference is obvious but hauling the machine and dealing with hotel power adapters gets old. A travel-sized unit helps but it's still another bag.

Half dose too little, whole too much?

Drawing out what's left after the plunger stops is worth doing. Most people lose a meaningful amount per injection without knowing it. If the full dose is too much, drawing the residual separately also gives you a lower increment to work with.

    Insurance won't pay anymore :(

I didn't realize insurance was this strict. I'm just starting out, hope this doesn't happen to me!

    Insurance won't pay anymore :(

Yeah, sadly it's pretty common. Most insurance companies want to see you drop at least 5% of your weight within the first six months to keep covering it. Some folks just don't respond, or they don't change their lifestyle. You really can eat right through these meds if you aren't careful...

    GLP-1: Long term commitment?

The change in how people treat you when you're thinner is insane. Strangers are just nicer, more smiles, more introductions. It's messed up.

    GLP-1: Long term commitment?

To me, it's about what percentage of their body weight they need to lose to reach a healthy BMI, any existing health problems, and their age. I'm on tirz for the anti-inflammatory effects more than the weight. I only lost about 35 lbs, but it was a significant portion of my total weight. Going...

    GLP-1: Long term commitment?

So, should I tell friends who only want to lose a bit of weight to steer clear of these meds? Is it a bad idea to recommend them if they might need to take them forever?

    GLP-1: Long term commitment?

We all know weight can creep back after stopping these meds. But what about those of us who weren't severely overweight to begin with? People just wanting to drop 15-20 lbs, or athletes using them to get shredded? Will their hunger go crazy after they stop, worse than before they started? Are...

    Tirz concentration - how high?

I like this idea a lot, thanks! You've both been really helpful!

    Tirz concentration - how high?

Thanks, I'll try that! Just the right amount, not too much and not too little. Appreciate the help!

    Tirz concentration - how high?

Thanks for all the info! Currently, I inject 8mg weekly, split into two doses of 4mg. I've lost 60 pounds and want to lose another 70-80! Really like the concentration of 22mg because it means less volume to inject compared to the 15mg concentration. I'm wondering if I can push that...

    Tirz concentration - how high?

Okay, so if I mix a 3ml vial containing 60mg of tirzepatide, would I use 3ml of bac water? That should give me 20mg per ml, correct? I know someone uses 22mg per ml, so I'm thinking I could go higher, but a company has a pre-mixed version at 15mg, so I'm wondering what the limit is? How...

    Grey tops compound?

Hard to believe maybe... but when you've tested it yourself, it's obvious. I tried a local med spa to compare their compounded stuff to my usual and theirs was WAY stronger, even when I lowered the dose to be safe. No other explanation.

    Grey tops compound?

That happened to me! It's how I found research peps last year so I'm kinda grateful lol

    Grey tops compound?

Uh... I'm lost. Not sure I followed all of that.

    Grey tops compound?

Maybe the compounding place is skimping on the dose?
