    Favorite healthy meals?

Protein-forward habits tend to develop naturally once the portion size drops - every calorie carries more weight when the buffer of volume eating disappears.

    Down 11% - should I stop?

11% mid-protocol is too early to evaluate a stop - the dose is still settling.

    Cheap GLP-1s soon?

The $3 manufacturing figure is the API cost floor - generics price above that, but the 2026-2027 sema patent rollover is when the real compression starts.

I definitely get what you mean, Avery61. It's like the mental chatter about food is finally turned down!

Anyone else's ADHD better on glp-1?

I've noticed I don't need my ADHD meds as much since starting Wegovy. I initially thought it was just a coincidence, but it seems others are experiencing the same!

FDA cracking down on compound GLP-1s?

Reading about the FDA stuff makes me nervous. I've been thinking about trying some peptides for muscle growth, but then I read stuff about cancer risks... anyone else worried about this?

    V2 pen dose accuracy?

Good point WellWin. Maybe it's better to go up slowly and see how it goes. I'm in no major hurry.

    When Weight Loss Just…Stops

Okay I needed this today 😅 I’m 96 lbs down and stuck bouncing the same 1 lb for 5 weeks. Reading this makes me realize I’m probably just in the "last stretch" phase and not doomed. Also… guilty of weighing every morning and letting it ruin my mood. Might switch to weekly for my sanity.

    Weight training for complete noobs?

There are some peptides that supposedly help with muscle soreness after workouts. I don't recall the names, but look into it. When I start lifting, I use low weights. Lower than I think I need. Every week or so, I add around 1-2 lbs until I reach a good challenging weight. It gradually gets...

    Weight training for complete noobs?

If you want guidance without a gym, I have two options: 1) Caroline Girvan – free videos on YouTube. She doesn't focus on form, so watch her when you're confident in your technique. 2) Peloton strength. I love their strength content. The app costs money. Andy Speer and Ben Alldis are great at...

    Weight training for complete noobs?

OK, so I wanna start weight training. I'm a lady in her late 40s, dealing with perimenopause, weigh around 155, don't move much, and have RA that messes with my hands and joints sometimes. Should I just grab some free weights and go for it? Or is a personal trainer a must to learn proper form...
