I realize it's not the best way to measure health, but I'm still really happy. Feels like a milestone achieved after all this time. 😅

Seeing the number drop into the healthy range is something I thought I'd never see in my life!

Fantastic news! You did it! I'm hoping I can say the same thing soon. Never been not overweight as an adult, I think.

Ozempik helped me get the rest of the way there. I lost from like, 420 to 250 by myself, then started Ozempic and got down to 170.

Awesome job on your weight loss Kerry_2001! Would you be willing to share what your experience with Ozempic has been like? Dosing schedule, side effects, etc.?

I think many of us walk the same path here. Like you, I went through the same reasoning loop. Each goal we hit sparks a new one. Reaching a regular weight range, which is different for everyone anyway, just leads to fresh targets - body comp percentage, strength gains, whatever. Every person's journey is unique. Incredible work getting there!

Yeah, it's definitely a bummer. My B vitamins were sitting on the lower end but still normal range. My doctor never brought up fish oil, so I'm really glad you made this thread because honestly it's so helpful reading what other people are dealing with.
