I know BMI isn’t the perfect measure, but hitting that target felt amazing to me too! Congrats – that's awesome, Care_Wine! I'm so happy you reached your goal!
Just so you know, those BF% scales at home aren't super precise and can vary a few percent during the day because of water, but they're good for tracking progress over time. Measure at the same time each day.
Wow, Kerry_2001, that's an amazing transformation. Congrats on sticking with it! Do you have any tips for dealing with loose skin after losing so much weight?
Awesome job on your weight loss Kerry_2001! Would you be willing to share what your experience with Ozempic has been like? Dosing schedule, side effects, etc.?
I think many of us walk the same path here. Like you, I went through the same reasoning loop. Each goal we hit sparks a new one. Reaching a regular weight range, which is different for everyone anyway, just leads to fresh targets - body comp percentage, strength gains, whatever. Every person's journey is unique. Incredible work getting there!
Yeah, it's definitely a bummer. My B vitamins were sitting on the lower end but still normal range. My doctor never brought up fish oil, so I'm really glad you made this thread because honestly it's so helpful reading what other people are dealing with.
