    Sema 1 month in!

First month momentum with the kickboxing running simultaneously is the right combination - the cardio base timing with the early appetite suppression window compounds both outcomes.

Ozempic, weight loss, and feeling off?

238 to 152 on Ozempic with walking added is the standard combination that most people settle on.

    Pics: Before vs. After!

Fasted injection timing is worth building in. Doing it at night before sleep or early morning are both common approaches - absorption is more consistent when gut is clear. Berberine is worth trying alongside if you're seeing slower progress.

    Reta/Tirz Cycles - am I crazy?

I've heard some people using other peptides alongside GLP-1s, but for different reasons. Like, I saw a thread about someone using DSIP and Epithalon with Tirzepatide to try and lower their blood pressure after some issues. Might be worth looking into if you have specific health concerns...

    Reta/Tirz Cycles - am I crazy?

If you're happy with your weight loss, why change anything? Find a dose that works and stick to it. If tirz is working, why switch to reta? 'Stacks' usually means taking multiple peptides. Reta or Tirz alone isn't a stack. So, no, your plan doesn't sound good to me.

    My squishy bits are… happy?!

Yeah, I'm doing the weight loss thing too, and the cellulite is REAL. Anyone else dealing with that? I'm trying to incorporate more strength training, hoping it helps.

    My squishy bits are… happy?!

Do you poke at it? I've dropped almost 50 pounds with 30 more to reach my goal and it's getting really jiggly. I can't help but poke it. 😂 Edit: To clarify

My slow & steady GLP-1 journey

I saw a post where someone celebrated their one year anniversary on sema and they had a totally new jawline! Lost about 60lbs over the year.

    Almost there!

It's encouraging to hear about everyone's progress. Sticking to a regimen of increased protein intake and incorporating light workouts has made a difference for me managing any muscle loss.

    Almost there!

My stats are comparable, and I want to shed a similar number of pounds. Did your doctor prescribe it, or are you covering the expenses yourself?

My slow & steady GLP-1 journey

Awesome!! This really gave me a boost...I started at a slightly lower weight, 187lbs, and I'm only down maybe 8lbs after 2 months. I was feeling a bit discouraged because I see posts about people losing 20+ lbs in the first couple months. I'm also staying on a small dose, as long as the scale...

    Reta Research Roundup

I agree with you MedSet762 ! It IS amazing what these drugs can do, if they ever become affordable nobody would be overweight anymore.

    Reta Research Roundup

My wife's been on it for about half a year, taking two doses of 3mg per week. She's lost around 50 pounds, watching her diet and training. I had to stop because it gave me wicked insomnia. I might try again at smaller doses to see if I can adapt. It might not be for me. I did find a great source...

    Sketchy Vials?

Thanks, Happy_Mode. I appreciate that. Has anyone ever had like, a really bad reaction to any of these peptides? I'm talking more than just a little nausea or something.

    Sketchy Vials?

I've been researching peptides, and I've seen some people express concerns about whether these "research chemicals" are really safe for people to use. Does anyone have any insight on this? I'm looking for reliable sources of information.
