Ozempic, weight loss, and feeling off?

that's insane, not gonna lie. looks like way more than just dropping pounds. complete glow-up. now i'm stuck wanting those same results haha.

Thanks for all the kind words. Using Ozempic for both diabetes and weight, and it's been huge for my blood sugar numbers and fasting glucose (jumped from 11.2 last summer down to under 6 now!). Going to keep going up on the dose until the appetite noise goes away like my doc said. Still at 1.75 so there's room to increase.

have you looked into getting gabapentin or topamax from your doctor? I used both years back for different stuff and they do help with that kind of nerve pain. topamax gets prescribed off-label sometimes for weight loss because it basically kills appetite, like you just stop thinking about food at all, pretty strange

Gained 2.5 lbs every week for 3 weeks at this dose. was on a lower dose before and stalled but at least wasn't gaining. switching from different med and now this? np says keep going but like... wtf 😭

15 pounds is the trial average at low doses. People on therapeutic dose consistently do better than that.

First noticeable reduction typically shows at week 4-6 once past the starting dose. Carpal tunnel is worth monitoring - nerve symptoms from fat redistribution do appear in GLP-1 users.
