    Mixing BAC... how much?

The standard starting point for a 10mg vial is 2ml BAC water, giving 5mg/ml concentration - this makes dosing math straightforward and keeps the solution dilute enough to minimize injection site irritation. If you're planning 2.5mg doses, 2ml gives you 0.5ml per dose; if you're doing smaller...

Pics - Can you see the difference?

205 to 145 since October with visible training changes in the photos is the compound result of the medication and the work combined - neither alone gets you there that fast. The consistency in the photos across October to now is the real story.

    My jeans now fit! 🎉

The gila monster connection is the part of GLP-1 history that makes everyone stop - exendin-4 from Heloderma venom being the basis for exenatide being the basis for the sema/tirz lineage is a chain that nobody predicted in the early research. The jeans fitting two months in is the...

Slow weight loss on sema a worry?

I can relate to your feelings, Great_Ave. is so true. I've been on this journey for about 3 years, first with one med and then another. I'm totally okay with the slow progress. It's been about 140 pounds over those years and I've had to redefine my identity. It's a process!

Slow weight loss on sema a worry?

Yep, slow is a good thing. Rapid weight loss happens when people use high doses due to cost pressures. The ideal way to use it is for a longer period at a more moderate dosage.

Down then up? Time to stop the shots?

That's awesome! I wonder about muscle tone, though. I've been trying to figure out if I should do more weight training or just up my protein intake.

Down then up? Time to stop the shots?

I would taper off of it. Be disciplined, eat well, and exercise.

Down then up? Time to stop the shots?

Congrats on your progress! Your graph looks just like mine! I dropped from about 190 to 158. I had my last dose of the shot like 2 weeks before the holidays. Luckily, I think my eating habits have shifted, because I haven't added pounds back, and may have even gone down!

Reta dose - up too fast?

I saw something similar on another forum. I haven't started yet but I'm looking into it. I am a slow responder. I've been on another peptide since August and have only lost like 5 pounds with diet and exercise.

    Down a full C-note!

WOW your eyes just POP! Also, massive congrats on your progress. I have hypothyroidism (the autoimmune version, which is even MORE fun) and now type 2 diabetes because of it. Doing all I can with a keto diet and minimizing stress, but it's a journey. I'm really looking forward to trying MJ so I...

Stay hydrated! And listen to your body. Don't increase the dosage too quickly if you're experiencing side effects.

Pics: One year can make a difference!

You look great, seriously. I'm on a similar path. Only about 20 more pounds to go for me. Some people don't understand that even a smaller amount of weight can be hard to lose. Our bodies really benefit from this medication to help us get there! I tried so many things before. Do you see yourself...

    Ozempic for addiction? Anyone else?

It's a journey, isn't it? Some days are harder than others. Try to be kind to yourself. I feel that so much! I still want to emotionally eat sometimes, but it's like, physically not an option, which is both a gift and a curse!

    Ozempic for addiction? Anyone else?

I'm jealous you have a regular doctor willing to prescribe it for non-diabetic issues. I had to go online for ED support. Not sure where you are, but here in Canada it's a challenge getting GLP-1 meds prescribed off-label for psychological problems, let alone getting insurance to cover it.
