Hi everyone!

Started on Mounjaro in July of last year. Had full-blown type 2 diabetes and felt terrible all the time. This medication has been a game-changer. My recent A1c was 5.2, and I haven't felt this good in ages.

I'm posting this as a friendly reminder that plateaus are real, and they happen frequently. Don't be discouraged if you've been stuck for a while! There were plateaus between these progress pics. The transformations seemed to happen suddenly. The biggest one (for me) was between March and June. I've been STUCK at 151/152 for what feels like FOREVER, and the newest pictures are from this morning.

Just keep going, we can do this!!

So inspiring, and it's clear you've worked hard! I've been on for 9 months and have only lost around 20lbs, and most of that was in the first 60 days. But seeing people who've succeeded so impressively is motivating – thank you for posting!

The best part of your post: you are in the gym even at your highest weight. That's inspiration in itself.

You are awesome! I was stuck at a standstill for months from inflammation from a toe and knee injury, so it's always a good reminder!

You are my inspiration!!! I’m down roughly 40lbs, and have been on Mounjaro since January 2025 after a pulmonary embolism. Crazy it took that to wake me up.

My BP was high, my A1C was high, my weight was too high, cholesterol and triglycerides were high.

I've decided that no amount of “junk food” is worth dying for.

You keep it up and thanks for sharing!!!!

The scale might not budge, but I bet your body fat percentage is dropping! You look incredibly fit. Congrats on the weight loss and feeling better!

Totally! I've noticed even though the scale hasn't moved much, my clothes fit WAY better. I'm down a size or two!

I'm excited to be in maintenance mode! I started sema last April, and it's been the best year ever! I'm feeling so much more confident, active, and happier. I can't wait to reach my goal weight!! I might need surgery for loose skin, but that's a problem for the future.
