I began in January at 110 kilograms, and now 10 months in, I've managed to drop about 35 kilograms. I am overjoyed since I've struggled with excess weight my entire life. I once reached 135 kilograms. I'm now almost within a normal BMI range. I appreciate all your posts and helpful suggestions!

That's remarkable advancement in such a brief period! You must feel so much healthier. I'm only beginning my journey, and I've carried extra weight my whole life. I trust I can achieve success too. I appreciate your sharing and inspiring me!

Incredible progress! I started in May and have already lost about 30 kg, but I'm currently experiencing a plateau. Greetings from the Eifel!

Nicely done! Your journey demonstrates determination and tenacity, and experiencing joy is a natural consequence. Keep it up, and embrace all aspects of life and the lessons it offers. Best wishes for your continued progress! 🤗🤗🤗

Ten months in and your progress looks fantastic 👏 Is it okay if I shared this to the community? We are putting together GLP-1 before and after journeys so people can see them without a problem. You are also welcome to post it there yourself if you'd prefer.

Could you describe your dosing regimen throughout your progress?
I increased the dose every month, as instructed by my doctor. I am currently on the maximum dose. I also follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly.

I feel encouraged by stories like yours. I'm hoping to drop around 80 pounds myself. Did you experience many side effects as you increased your dose? I'm a bit worried about that aspect.

I'm aiming to lose around 70 pounds and seeing your progress gives me hope. I just started a new medication and I'm really hoping it works well. I'm also trying calorie deficit and drinking more water.
