10 months on GLP-1s - My update!

The 'drastic and hard to sustain' concern at larger starting weights is actually less of a risk than at lower weights - the body at higher mass has more reserves and the loss rate tends to be more forgiving. 35kg in 10 months from 110 is a genuinely strong result. The hard part tends to be the last stretch, not the first.

The 'almost forget to eat' at 7 weeks in on sub-1000 calories is something to monitor - the appetite suppression can work so well early on that people under-fuel and lose more muscle than fat in that window. 1000 is on the lower end of what most nutrition guidance recommends as a minimum. Worth tracking protein specifically rather than just total calories.
