100 down! Anyone else?

Insurance coding being the barrier is wild. One diagnosis code shouldn't flip coverage on and off. Did they at least fix it after you explained?

100 lbs from a T2D starting point is a different win than scale loss alone - the metabolic normalization alongside it changes the long-term risk picture. The workout and eating changes are why the result held. That combination is the evidence base for GLP-1 coverage arguments.

4+ years with complete alcohol aversion maintained is the long-duration data point that does not get enough representation - it is more common to see the early months reported. Sustained effect across years rather than months suggests it is not just early novelty.

Went through a big weight loss stretch once before Ozempic and remember telling my family the strangest part was how constantly I had to consciously say 'No' to food or snacks in my head.

Six years back I hit my heaviest weight ever, then got a type 2 diagnosis on top of it. Since then I've dropped 60 pounds, about 23%, which feels amazing, but honestly the biggest win is being free of that constant 24/7 mental checkpoint just to avoid grabbing something randomly.

That said, still wrestling with that 'finish everything on your plate' mindset drilled in growing up in a Southern military household back in the early '70s, so I still catch myself thinking 'better clean this up' whenever I've overloaded my plate. Usually takes a moment or two before I remember I'm the grown adult footing the bill for my own food now, so leaving some behind if I'm full or done is completely fine.

Seeing this really hits me!!!!!! I'm using it strictly for type 2 diabetes, but I'm honestly blown away watching people achieve this through weight loss too. Congrats to you.
Took my very first injection last Sunday. Appetite's completely gone, having to remind myself to eat, which isn't a great sign for me personally, but my doctor pulled me off Metformin saying this route works better, though Ozempic made me seriously sick before, took a full year for my stomach to recover after just two shots at the lowest dose. So I've told my doctor straight up, first hint of real trouble and every remaining month's worth goes straight in the trash.
They're also watching how this affects my MS, apparently there's ongoing research into whether it helps people managing that condition too.
Honestly just so impressed seeing everyone else's weight loss results here.
These photos are wonderful. Congratulations again, here's to even better health ahead.

Shed more than half my starting body weight on ozempic (Rybelsus originally). 150lbs gone, blood pressure's finally in normal range, glucose down from 12 to 5.6. Nail biting stopped entirely, along with those late-night online shopping sprees whenever sleep wouldn't come. My stroke and blood clot risk (already had one clot before) dropped substantially and cholesterol now sits at 116. Anyone who wants to shame me over taking ozempic is picking the wrong fight
