I saw someone mention hitting 'Onederland' recently! It's such a huge milestone. Congratulations to everyone reaching their goals, big or small!

That's a great question. I'm curious too! I've found my energy levels are much better, and I can be more active now.
 
While weight loss is fantastic, remember that even a little bit of exercise can improve outcomes in the long run. Something as simple as a 20-30 min walk 3-4 times a week can have a huge beneficial effect on your cardiac health. If you can manage it, consider some light strength training as well. Its great for your muscles and bones.
 
Thanks OldPath695 for the advice! I'm also just starting out, and it's good to know what to focus on! I just started sema, so I'm hoping to get similar results! Any tips for a newbie?
