I've talked about this before, but I wanted to reiterate to anyone wondering if these meds actually help... they can! I've dropped over 100 pounds in about 9 months through a complete lifestyle shift involving exercise, mental health work, and really learning to love myself. Focus, determination, and consistency are key! Don't give up!

I focus on whole, unprocessed foods. Lots of lean protein, veggies, and complex carbs. I try to limit added sugar and excess fats. Meal prepping really helps me stay on track during the week. It's not always easy, but it's worth it!

It's definitely not a walk in the park, even with the meds! People underestimate the lifestyle changes needed.
 
I started at a pretty high weight due to some health issues (T2D and fatty liver) and completely changed my diet and exercise habits, and it's all paying off. Almost at my goal!
