First week done at the starting strength, day five here, and food noise has already vanished completely. Hunger shows up maybe once daily at most, and portions have shrunk considerably whenever eating happens. Food choices feel driven by logic now rather than uncontrollable craving. Heard the typical protocol is doubling this amount after the first month, treating this stretch purely as a tolerance check, but curious whether anyone's landed on a response this strong right out the gate and had it genuinely stick around. Would honestly prefer staying at whatever the smallest workable amount is, feels like appetite would basically vanish entirely if it dropped any lower.
