2 years on MJ: My story!

Anyone else get sulfur burps? I was smooth at 2.5mg for a month. First 5mg shot and woke up with a torn-up stomach and gross burps. Happened on Ozempic years back, took a break, now on Mounjaro.

can't really match tesamorelin dose to hgh because it's so variable person to person. either way, get your igf-1 checked after a bit because 3iu hgh might tank your levels, or 1mg tesa might push you high. depends on the person.

You're def next-level! Got an 8-year-old at home—that's the main hobby right now. Looking forward to where you're at. Love perfect aminos—my morning mix is one scoop unflavored, two scoops creatine (10mg total), and an LMNT lemonade packet. Thanks for the detailed answer, buddy!

Heard something similar on a podcast too—that weekly dosing lets your body reset the receptors, helps the dose work better longer. Makes sense to me. Anyone else notice a real difference between weekly shots versus dosing every few days?

730 days on Mounjaro and the brain space that opens when food stops occupying it fills with other things. Reading, albums, small interests that come back are the parallel story to the weight numbers.

730 days is two years of discipline through the needle anxiety, the dose adjustments, and the learning curve. The marker isn't just the number - it's the cumulative commitment behind it.

Cholecystectomy history from obesity-related gallbladder failure is the common pattern - that's a different risk profile than idiopathic pancreatitis, which is the relevant GLP-1 contraindication. The distinction matters for whether the prior history actually changes the prescribing risk assessment.

Two years on MJ with metabolic age dropping below actual age is the kind of outcome the scale number doesn't fully represent - the internal biomarker shift is the lasting part.
