As the title says, it's been exactly 24 months since I started semaglutide injections. The bulk of the weight came off in about 7-8 months, and since then I've been using it to maintain.

I dropped weight very quickly (guess I'm hyper-responsive) and lost about 75 lbs in the first year. I've kept it off for an entire year while still taking the medication.

I’m thrilled with the results and my overall experience! This med has been a godsend, honestly. Ask me anything!

Congrats! You look fantastic. What dose did you ramp up to for losing most of your weight, and what was your titration schedule like? What dose are you on for maintenance now? Did you go back down slowly, or just drop to a low dose right away?

Edited: Any side effects? Are they still present, or have you adjusted by now?

This is fantastic. Congrats. How often do you inject since you're on maintenance? What's the timing?

Hey Sub_Path, thanks for the kind words! I got up to 2.0mg for most of the loss, titrating up pretty quickly - maybe every 2 weeks? Now I'm on 1.0mg for maintenance. I didn't really titrate down, just went straight to the lower dose. As for side effects, some nausea at first, but it went away after a few weeks.

Strength training, nice! I need to start incorporating that. I've been mostly focused on cardio, but
