Hey everyone! I reached my 3-month milestone last Saturday. Thanks so much for all the support on my previous posts – it really means a lot! As requested, here's another update on the orange top and those jeans:

* Last time, the jeans were snug. This time, I can easily slide my hand in between!
* I've lost about 20 pounds in 3 months.
* I'm doing strength training 3 times a week and a Zumba class when I can.
* Still on a 2.5mg dose and planning to stay there for now.

That's awesome! I love the fall theme you have going on.

I'm about to start my fourth week—this Saturday to be exact. I was already exercising a lot before starting because I'm a kinesiologist. I naturally lost about 85 pounds over a couple years during the pandemic but after some life changes the weight crept back. I even started eating healthier after having my gallbladder out last year because my body was not happy, haha. I was worried I wouldn't see results even with all the activity but this gives me some hope. Even as an expert, I sometimes get caught up in expectations, but maybe I'm just recomping. The doctor thought this would help since I already workout a lot and eat well.

Fingers crossed! Keep up the great work and Happy Halloween!

Love it! This is a great idea! I think I’ll do the same with a suit I have that’s a bit small. This is such a good way to track progress without focusing on the scale so much!

Hey HeartCake, can you share what your dosing schedule has been like?

Sure! I started at 0.25mg for 4 weeks, then 0.5mg for 4 weeks, then 1mg for 4 weeks, then 1.7mg for 4 weeks, and now I've been on 2.5mg for the last 4 weeks. I'm just going to stay here as long as it keeps working and side effects stay manageable.

I love seeing people's progress! It's great to see so many success stories. I'm down about 35 pounds myself since starting a few months ago. It's been a real game changer!
