3 Years on Zep/MJ!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The 10mg consistency across Zep, compounded, and grey is the expected pattern - the active compound is the same. The additive in compounded being the differentiator is the most common experience; it mostly shows up in injection site tolerance, not in efficacy.

The maintenance dose fear is completely rational from a health standpoint - the medication is addressing a chronic condition, not a temporary problem, and the evidence for long-term use is accumulating alongside the evidence for regain on discontinuation. The 'terrified of going off' framing is actually a pretty accurate read of what the data shows: sustained use produces sustained benefit, discontinuation produces reversal. Three years of stable maintenance is exactly what the medication is designed to support

Might want to browse through some maintenance-focused online communities. Don't know of any built specifically around the first compound, but there's plenty geared toward the second and third compounds. Worth searching around for those.

What you'll find in those spaces is that maintenance often means adjusting your amount up or down as your body's needs shift over time. Hopefully 1mg ends up being the better fit for you right now. Just make sure your food intake stays high enough to hold steady within your target range.

Kept my eating pattern basically identical, just scaled up the volume. Lift heavily, so it ended up looking close to a clean bulk. Put on some fat, but gained more muscle since I could finally hit enough carbs alongside my protein to trigger real growth. Isn't actually that long a stretch either, and tirz sticks around in your system for a while given its long half-life, especially since I was running the top dose of 15mg.

Wow, seriously impressive! In that last photo you look like the journey shaved a decade off your age.
Curious how your muscle mass is holding up, are you training at all, weight lifting specifically?
Do you notice yourself feeling weaker or stronger these days? How's your health overall?

Heard some experts voice concern, though not backed by actual studies as far as I know, that this medication shouldn't be prescribed past a certain age since muscle loss can become a bigger problem than excess fat.

A relative with T2D, quite overweight, has used MJ for 2 years and spent about that long at the top dose. Roughly 20lbs gone, maybe, and no more. Glad my body responded the way it did.

You look healthy to me, but I would hold here, since healthy sits close to gaunt or skeletal, and going lower costs muscle. My own BMI is about 22, I am 5ft 3 and around 8st 10, and I would not want to drop beyond a few lbs, since I feel weaker and need extra naps. Maintenance began for me in mid March, on 5mg of MJ now, down from 15mg. Exercise has not started, MJ drains me, but I must get going soon.

Three years now at just 2.5 of MJ, all good. I never saw a reason to go higher since my labs and my energy are great, and I've held goal weight for quite a while. Before raising, ask yourself exactly why. Three years ago a popular schedule said you start at 2.5, climb gradually to 15 mg and stay there.
