Happy to answer questions! It's quite a process and we sometimes need a little help.

Wow! I also have PCOS. My highest was around 325. I'm on week 5 of sema, only down about 8 pounds, but the inflammation difference is wild! Finally have energy and don't need caffeine and pain relievers to function! I had major insulin resistance, only lost pounds on practically no calories. Metformin made me sick. Luckily, no side effects from sema so far. I'm planning to stay on this stuff forever. It's encouraging to see this!

You must feel so different now! Imagine carrying two extra adults around all the time and finally getting rid of them. Must be liberating.

Congrats! Question: Did you do anything special for your underarm skin? I'm 5'2", SW 186, CW 129, slow and steady over 15 months. Maintenance for 3 months, still losing slowly. The lower inflammation, water retention, mood boost, and cholesterol improvement feels like a miracle.

How did you pick your surgeon? What was recovery like? You look fantastic! You can see the happiness radiating.

That's an amazing transformation. I hope I can achieve similar results, though I'm male. Seeing your progress makes me realize how much I focus on looks. Happy for you.

Can I ask which skin removal surgeries you’ve had done? I know that’ll be different for everyone but our starting stats were very similar so I’m just curious about what I might expect.

I had a tummy tuck, breast lift, and arm lift! It's a big decision but worth it for me.

I'm down about 30 pounds since starting my GLP-1, but this week? The *worst*. Reflux, upset stomach... I'm pushing through though! Worth it!

Congrats on the weight loss! Good luck! I'm a bit nervous about starting now, seeing all the side effects people talk about.

I've been considering switching from semaglutide. Has anyone had a better experience with tirzepatide or vice-versa?
