4 Months In: See a difference?

188 to 160 is 28 lbs that everyone else can see - the internal image lag is universal, and photos at consistent angles are what eventually update it.

Doc told me to do 4 × 0.25mg then 2 × 0.5mg from the first pen — six full doses. Next pen had 4 × 0.5mg. Had leftovers each time, used them for extra doses. Got side effects on the full 0.5 so I split to 0.25 twice weekly instead. Still losing, so it works.

i'm 42, five feet, was 150 and aiming for 120. ten weeks in at just 0.5 and i'm at 129 already. not sure what maintenance will be but really happy.

Thanks so much for sharing this. It's really motivating to see. I started three months ago at 411 and I'm already down 50. There's still a lot ahead of me but I feel genuinely hopeful about what's coming.

Four months and the photos tell the whole story. The transformation from 188 stuck to where you are now is visible and real. The 'stuck at 188 for months' phase followed by consistent progress is a pattern a lot of people here recognize - sometimes the plateau breaks dramatically once the dose and routine click. The confidence that comes alongside the physical change is worth noting too. Not just the number on the scale.

Four months in is when the changes start reading as transformation rather than just progress. The Cagri non-responder experience is real - enough people report the same thing that it is not placebo. You know more about your response now than any clinical summary would tell you.

280 to 225 in 12 months shows exactly the arc the 4-month mark doesn't capture yet - worth saving that current photo for the one-year comparison.

The skin adaptation timeline doesn't compress with faster loss - the collagen remodeling that produces visible results takes the same amount of calendar time regardless of how quickly the weight moved.
