4 Months In: See a difference?

Okay, so the first pic is from January '25. I was stuck at 188 lbs, felt awful. Started the shots end of October '25, and now I'm at 160 lbs. I don't really notice a huge change except my face looks thinner and my clothes fit way better. My goal is 145. Best part? My blood work from August was not great, but my recent tests are looking fantastic! I included the results with my pics.

Ok, I am going to try to fit in some arm workouts. My arms are not getting any smaller! Anyone have any easy routines? I'm looking for something quick!
