When did you begin to notice the weight loss on the scale? I've been taking this for 2 months and will be on 1.0mg this Sunday.

People have commented that I look smaller, but the scale remains the same.

To Sarah56, it took a few weeks before I saw the scale move. Don't give up! Maybe try tracking your food really carefully to see if you're accidentally eating more than you think?

Just saw someone on another thread mention losing about 60 pounds in 3 months. I wonder what dosage they were on? I'm only down about 15 after 2 months... feeling a little discouraged.

Everyone responds differently. Don't compare your journey to others. Are you also exercising and following a healthy diet plan?
