4 months on Oz - sharing my journey

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Keep going! I've been on it for some time, started around 220 and I've been holding steady at 150 for the last year. But my A1C is good, between 5.3 and 5.8.

I’ve been taking it for almost a year now and dropped a hundred pounds. I just increased to 1 mg and I can barely eat anything. Two bites and I'm full. I’ve completely lost my appetite. I actually wish I could eat more, it's wild. I don’t really have any nasty side effects, just that if I eat even one bite too much, it comes right back up.

I've also noticed I'm not craving alcohol like I used to. Almost zero desire to drink... Anyone else experience this?

I've heard about that. Apparently, GLP-1s can also help curb addictions.

Wow, those are really great numbers, Quirky_Fam!

I read a study that older folks with a history of high blood pressure may have a higher risk of ED when starting GLP-1s. Also, it seems that those who don't lose much weight on these meds might be at risk of ED regardless of age or other health problems.
