Middle: 155lbs on Feb 20, 2024

Right: 133lbs on Aug 7, 2024

I'm 5'5". Reached my 135lb goal back in July but forgot to post about it! I've actually lost a couple more pounds since, but I'm happy where I am and not trying to lose more. Took about 35 weeks total, averaging about 1.2lbs lost each week.

*edited to add height*

I'm 5'6" and basically have the same starting and goal weights as you, though I'd be thrilled with 140-145! Your post gives me some hope since my weight loss has been super slow.

This is basically me and my goal too! It's weird because when I see your 'before' picture, I think you look fine, but I don't feel that way about myself. Congrats! Hoping I can reach my goal in 8 months too!

Congrats. I'm at 185 now and want to get down to 135, but I'm just starting out. Hoping I can get there eventually.

You look awesome! Keep up the great work. Losing weight was one of the best things I ever did for myself. You're doing great!

Do you work out? What's your fitness routine?

Woohoo, doesn't it feel amazing? I hope so! I had a similar starting weight and have lost a similar amount. It's so great to fit into my old clothes again!

Wow, great job! I wish I had taken before pics. I started around 205 in February and I'm at 156 today. My goal is also 135. You look fantastic!

I'm really curious about this too! What kind of exercise are you doing, and how often?

Hey Shape_Cookie, congrats on hitting your goal! I was feeling fatigued and nauseous with each increase. Did you have side effects, or any tips for dealing with them?

Happy to hear your story, Shape_Cookie. I've been taking this med for a year now. I was at 252lbs with 53% lean mass, and now I'm at 172 with 74% lean mass! It's really changed things for me.

That's amazing! I'm thinking about maintenance now. What's your plan, and what dose are you on currently?
